Cindy Louise is the deceased wife of Sebastian Ernst. She is played by Autumn Reeser.
Prior to her death, she was married to Sebastian, but fell in love with Byron Crumpet. When Sebastian discovered the two were in love, he asked his father to kill Byron. Devastated, Cindy Louise committed suicide on Christmas Eve at 10pm.
After her death, she haunted Sebastian's house in the form of her child self, and spoke in rhymes. She was trapped there by Sebastian's love for her. Frank and Sadie Doyle convinced him to release her so that she could go to her true love, Byron. Byron, now in the form of a grinch, consumed her.
