Tony is an Investigateen in Phillip Fathom, Deep Sea Detective and brother to Investigateen Mayumi. He's not supposed to get his slacks wet. Phillip Fathom has had to remind him to wear his retainer at night to correct his overbite. He's been portrayed by John Ennis.
