Marcy is a succubus, played by Annie Savage.
After falling in love with and becoming engaged to Jason, the two attempted to turn his back on the inccubi and succubi lifestyle, as they didn't want to experience love with any other beings. However, Jason's father (Allen) was against this and the two had an argument, leading to Jason using his inccubus abilities to siphon energy from Frank and Sadie Doyle.
The Doyles were able to find another way for Jason and Marcy to get energy (food), giving them a way to live without having to use their inccubi and succubi powers.
