Vloth the Eldest is the oldest vampire in the tri-state area, and as such can be called to settle vampire disputes. He is played by Dave Foley.
He can be summoned by other vampires via the Dark Rite of Delotheote. As the eldest one, he knows many other vampires. He has vampire-ed several vampires, including Steve Midnight.
He enjoys building birdhouses. He believes hobbies are important.
